Director
Chris Spronk

studied chemistry and acquired his PhD degree in Natural Sciences at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands in 1999. After a 7 year academic career, he started his business in Lithuania. Having experienced Lithuania with its cultural differences, he recognised the challenges and opportunities for doing business in Lithuania and initiated the services for company start ups in the region together with the other partners in BusinessLT. Chris Spronk is shareholder and co-founder of three Lithuanian companies.

Managing director
Jaunius Petraitis

is a graduate of Political Science at the Institute of International relations and Political Science (Vilnius University). The forthcoming Master degree in International relations and Diplomacy and the former membership in the executive committee of the UN Association of Lithuania (2005) reflect his further interest in multinational issues. At the same time Jaunius Petraitis has been engaged in business activity as a head of marketing&public relations and later - sales network manager in one of the leading tour operators in the Baltic states.

Lawyer
AgnÄ— KazlauskienÄ—

has graduated Kaunas Santara gymnasium in 2003. In June 2008 she graduated Vilnius University Law Faculty (specialization: commercial law) and got master's degree in law. AgnÄ— KazlauskienÄ— has 3 years of experience in company law and company start up procedures in BusinessLT and in previous positions in law firms. AgnÄ— KazlauskienÄ— has a special interest in labour law, tax law and contract law.
